Government has established many mediums to recruit individuals for various departments in the government sector. These mediums ensure unbiased entry of individuals into the government sector, purely based on performance of the candidate in the exams. These exams are conducted for different categories and act as a window to gain entry into some of the prestigious jobs offered by the government. For the technical and non-technical departments the government has set up a commission called SSC, staff selection commission. On the other hand, for the recruitment of officers to manage the bureaucracy, civil service exams have been set up. Similarly, to be a part of the fast growing banking sector, bank exams have been introduced for different categories like bank po exams, bank clerks exams etc.

Bank Recruitment:
Bank exams are conducted by the respective banks in order to recruit candidates for various posts like bank clerks or bank po.
Banks provide with booklets, which comprises of the exam syllabus and model question papers.

The short-listed candidates are called for an interview and are further filtered down.
The candidates are recruited after the interview session.

Civil Service Recruitment:
They are considered one of the toughest competitive exams.
Civil service exams are conducted by UPSC for the recruitment into All India Services like IAS, IPS, and IFS etc.
Civil service exams thrive on current affairs. A major portion is dedicated to the current affairs on India.
Current affairs should be considered a part of the syllabus. Reading newspapers is an important pre-requisite before appearing for the exams.
There are two set of exams before the interview level. They are IAS mains exams and IAS preliminary exams.
IAS mains exams consist of nine exams and preliminary exams consist of CSAT (civil service aptitude test) and general studies paper.

SSC Recruitment:
It is a commission set up by the government
It aims at recruiting individuals for technical and non-technical posts in various departments of the government.

There are various offices of SSC in different part of India like Mumbai, Delhi, and Ahemdabad etc.
These offices supervise the work of SSC and conduct examinations on regional and district level.

SSC, bank recruitment and civil services recruitment are various mediums established by the government; however, they aim at building a strong team of professionals to carry out different functions in the government.
